We enjoyed the condo we were in. It was very clean, furniture was good, very appropriately equipped in the kitchen. The customer service at the front desk, however, needs improvement. No smiles, no “welcome”, no “let us know hoe we may assist you”, no direction to which elevator to take… very poor first impression!
I read poor reviews from previous guests on elevators, but we had no issues with that. In fact, the weekend we checked in, the elevators were staffed with personnel on 8-hour shifts to ensure elevators were available to guests. This was a plus!!
