Pool was not operating. AFTER we arrived we were told the property was sold and would be closing the day after we were scheduled to leave. Not sure if that was true but it did make a good excuse for the pool. No discount for the pool being closed. The room was old,but appeared clean and the staff was friendly. Wouldn't stay there again even if it still exists.

Realmente no es nada que ver a las fotografías, el baño estaba terriblemente sucio, en la cocina no servía nada, la puerta con un empujón se caía estaba podrida, dice que hay piscina pero cuando pregunté en la oficina NUNCA estaba disponible. Literalmente me estafaron.

We chose this place several years backs me we loved it. This year we booked a room for 2 queen beds and a full kitchen on the ocean side to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived into town the front desk lady called us with an issue about a power outage. We got to the office a she aggressively stated we only had 2 options. 1 to take a room with only one bed and a full kitchen across the street from the ocean, and 2 we could take a room with no kitchen and a mini fridge on the ocean side. We still had to pay full price even though we were down graded. The room we got was filthy, the bathroom was a nightmare. It had possibly the smallest shower in the world. The shower knobs were falling off the wall and it only had scolding hot water. The floor was molding and the water came out brown. The entire place is falling apart and honestly should be inspected by the state.

Location of my room being beach side,biggest plus of all no steps to get down to beach,step off level with sand patio,only way i can do it anymore due to knee replacement,Lori at check in was very sweet,helpful!!!!

Enjoyed our stay but the room needs updating. The floor wasnt level, flooring was coming up, shower height was low, and the water went from hot to cold randomly. The bathroom door was hard to close. Location was great.

Quiet little place out of the busy PCB area. Not fancy, but very quaint and great for families. Small, but equipped kitchen and great water pressure. Came for a girls' trip and the only time we left the property was to go snorkeling at the state park.

This place looks a little worn on the outside, but delightful on the inside. The staff is excellent and helpful. It was quiet at night too. Very family friendly and even had tables chairs and grills to use. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. We were right on the beach with a view to die for. I would definitely recommend this place. I will be booking here again!

Only good thing was that it was on the beach.

I went in with less than average expectations, because it was a place more on the cheaper side. Which meant I didn’t expect anything fancy. But there was no hospitality. We had to bring your dirty towels to the office in order to get new clean ones. It was required to take your trash to the dumpster by the road, instead of having staff change out the trash. •The kitchen/bedroom/bathroom smelled like mildew the whole time which caused all of our belongings to smell like it as well. •Door leading outside didn’t have a good seal so we could see daylight coming in the room all around the door trim. •Windows were flimsy & moved when barely being touched. •There was rust & stains on the refrigerator. This is a motel with no maid service, not even trash removal at the end of your stay, no fresh linens, if you want extra towels you have to take your dirty ones to the office to get new ones. The bathroom was filthy, mold and dirt in the floor tile, we didn't even want to walk on it barefooted. The fixtures and sink were full of flaking rust. Missing screws from outlet covers in the bathroom, no GFCI plugs in the bathroom or kitchen. One light bulb in a light above the kitchen. The lower cabinets smell like musty and mildew. When we asked to be moved we were told it was fully booked, and when I brought up about the corroded sink with flaking rust and the nasty mold in the bathroom their reply was "this is a motel for the 50's and the salt air makes things rust." Trust me, I get a bit of surface rust but this was serious corrosion and flaking rust!! I had to buy a a scrub brush and tile cleaner with bleach to make an area to walk on the bathroom floor but for the most part we just keep our shoes on. Bare minimum of kitchen ware plates and silverware. $200 plus a night for a run down rusty, corroded old motel. Not enough parking for everyone, you have to carry your bags, groceries and anything else you bring in and out from across the street over the raggedy gravel driveway. You can constantly smell the dumpster when you are outside. Late check-in consists of them leaving your room open with your parking pass and keys inside. Yes, top notch security there!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
