"The property and surrounding grounds are beautiful. I would not stay there again though. We arrived quite late at night and were disappointed when we arrived at our room as the bed sheets were damp and the room was very underwhelming for a 5 star hotel. By this time it was too late and we were exhausted so spent the night sleeping with damp sheets. We were contacted by the “butler service” which was really just a generic WhatsApp and they take a long time to respond. However once we raised our concerns about this another member of staff took over and was much more helpful. Our biggest frustration was that the property is advertised as having 3 pools but we were told we weren’t allowed to use the adults only pool as it was for the most expensive rooms only. On the first day we were unable to get a lounger at the pool we were allowed to use. The experiences the hotel offers are eye wateringly expensive. There was a mix up which I take some responsibility for where I had booked a dining experience for my wife’s birthday under the impression it was £150 only to find out hours before that it was £1,500 and when I said I didn’t want to continue with it I was told I would have to pay 20% cancellation fee however no cancellation fee was ever mentioned in the booking of the experience. There was also no way the experience could ever be worth £1,500. The staff are very nice but there is a clear agenda to get as much money out of the guests as possible and everything has a price."

"This hotel was amazing, lovely atmosphere and amenities and the room was a great size! Rooms cleaned daily and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast is great too, it’s a buffet but with a range of made to order food including pancakes, waffles and omelets! The staff were so friendly, especially Bahurim in reception, who checked us in and we would catch-up with and get recommendations from during our stay when passing through reception! Would definitely recommend! "

"Booked for 4 people 2 kids 2 adults. When got ro room at 11 pm had to argue to get beds for childeen. They expected all 4 of us to share one bed. This was then again repeated on a second booking"

"From the moment you enter, the resort makes a strong impression. The property is clean, well maintained, and beautifully presented. Reception and check-in were efficient and welcoming, making arrival smooth and stress-free. Our garden view room was spacious with convenient dual access. It was generally very clean and comfortable, although there was noticeable dust beneath the sofa that appeared to have been missed. The buffet offered an extensive selection across all three meals, and the staff were attentive and helpful. However, the team seemed slightly underprepared at the start of service on several occasions. Plates were missing at some stations, food labels had not been updated, and the “Buffet Closed” sign was still displayed, causing confusion. On our departure morning, when breakfast began at 7:30am and we were checking out at 8:00am, masala chai and milk were not ready at opening time. Small details, but they do affect the experience. The pool staff were excellent — friendly, proactive, and attentive to guests’ needs. Service at the SFX poolside bar was slow; after waiting five minutes without being attended to, I went to Morisco Restaurant opposite to order directly at their bar. Overall, a pleasant stay and a resort we would recommend — though not always flawless in execution."
