This family owned & operated hotel is a jewel. The room was impeccably clean, the beds very comfortable, and the food delicious - made with locally sourced fresh vegetables & fruit. The owner went out of her way to make our stay special and all of her staff were friendly & helpful. The Sinter Terasse Hotel was an oasis of beauty. My daughter & I spent 3 nights at the hotel and would highly recommend it to all!

Very near Pamukkale. The owner get friendly after a chat. The place isn't luxurious but comfortable, clean and in good condition. It feels authentic like in a turkish countryside familly house. The breakfast was very good yet simple as we know traditional turquish breakfast. I recommand always taking hotel breakfast in Turkey because it can get expensive quickly in restaurants.

Cute property, lovely courtyard, small and cosy, owners very friendly i felt welcomed as soon as i arrived , nice peaceful vibe, 5min walk to town,bus leaves at end of small road,,breakfast ample and delicious .really liked this place. Pilloes n bed were good. The travertines n ruins were absolutely amazung. Highlight of the trip.

A lovely shaded garden and the most welcoming family. The rooms were spotless. The Roman coliseum is magnificent and one can walk to it. Great breakfast too! Pay in cash to avoid a credit card charge.

We were asked to give cash because they would have to pay a fee. Then greeted by an awful perspiration smelling son who didn’t bother to help with our bags. Toilet seat didn’t stay open. Beds were rock hard. A/C was very weak. But the real deal breaker was after leaving the room for a bit and returning to a mouse running across the bed. It was late so we couldn’t go else where. They did change our room. The morning cold water shower was a fitting farewell.

They didn't welcome me at their hotel... I arrived at night from istanbul and they told me the hotel is fully booked and a mistake happened with my booking... They sent me to another hotel, i didn't like it...

When I arrived, my room had been given to another guest!! They had no rooms left, so they invited me to sleep in their own house. Of course I appreciated the invite, because it was already night and I had no other options... but I had to share a room with no air conditioner, instead of having my own and climatization. They still asked for the same price anyway. Appart from that, the place was clean and quite, nice garden and 10min walk from the south gate of the travertines. I couldn’t try the brakfast either becouse I had to leave early in the morning.

Horrible experience

Attitude of the wife of the manager was awful. We tried to check whether the shower is working properly while inspecting the room. She reacted strangely. And after we checked in we have seen the shower section is leaking water to the toilet section! When I warned her about her manners she threatened us to cancel the booking. After 5 hours of driving it was a challenge to stay calm. Room was not clean we found things under the small table near the bed. Hanger was rusty. Towels were very small.

1 gün kaldık. Malesef çok rahat edemedik. Klima yeterince ısıtmıyor, battaniyeler o kadar pisti ki kokusundan üzerimize alamadık ve inanılmaz tozluydu. Kahvaltı vasat halde, asla doyabileceğiniz bir şey verilmediği gibi malzemeler çok kalitesiz. Kahvaltıyı ücrete tabi tutup iyileştirmeleri çok daha iyi olurmuş. İyi olan tek şey işletmenin güzel yüzü.

Correct pour un court séjour

La chambre est simple mais confortable, le petit déjeuner goûteux et copieux (traditionnel turc), à 10mn de l'entrée du site de Pamukkale. Agréable jardin, visité par plusieurs chats. La propreté mériterait par contre quelques progrès.
