The stay was very nice. Breakfast and dinner was included. Dinner and breakfast was good. The spa thermal pool was a nice experience. The pool outside was nice. It’s about 1 hour to walk to Pamukkale, but a short trip with taxi.

This was a great hotel. We only had one day to explore and they helped us feel at home and make all arrangements. We appreciate how great they made us feel. Rooms were clean and food was good.

Sanki kaçacakmışız gibi odayı göstermeden ödemeyi girişte alıyoruz deyip ödemeyi aldılar. Bebeğimizi görmelerine rağmen beşik vermeyi teklif etmediler. Oda çok küçüktü komodinin ikincisi sığmamıştı öyle düşünebilirsiniz. Yatak çift kişilik değil 1.5 olan yatak boyutundaydı. Çok dardı. Yatak rahatsızdı. Odada terlik, ütü oral odasında olan araç gereçler yoktu. Klima gürültülü çalıştığı için hiç uyuyamadık. Kahvaltıda ürün çeşitliliği çoktu ama hiçbiri kaliteli ve lezzetli değildi. Keşke bu kadar çeşit yerine lezzetli ve kaliteli ürünler ikram edilseydi. Hayatımda içtiğim en kötü kahveyi tattım. Nasıl bu kadar kötü olabiliyor aklım almıyor. Açık büfe etrafındaki görevlilerin gözü sürekli üzerimizdeydi aşırı rahatsız oldum. Odadaki menüdeki her şeyin fiyatı Euro ile yazılmıştı. Otel sahipleri Türkiye’de olduklarını unutmuş olmalılar.

À notre arrivée, nous avons eu des problèmes de communication à la réception, où l’anglais du commis était à la limite du compréhensible, et où on ne nous a pas dit que les repas étaient inclus. Le réceptionniste a même eu l’absence de délicatesse de répondre à un autre client, alors que je lui posais des questions. Manque de savoir-vivre. Bref, nous sommes donc allés au restaurant, pour découvrir seulement au retour que le souper était fourni. Il ne restait plus rien au buffet puisque juste avant l’heure du repas, des bus déversent des hordes de personnes se lançant peu délicatement sur le buffet… Lorsqu’on a voulu remplir notre bouteille d’eau, un employé est venu nous apostropher pour nous dire que c’était interdit et que nous devions utiliser les verres non réutilisables (bonjour l’environnement) et que nous devions acheter des bouteilles. Cependant, la chambre était vaste et confortable, mais nous avons dû dormir avec des bouchons d’oreille à cause des invités bruyants. Point positif : la piscine d’eau thermale sur les lieux. Je dois aussi avouer qu’à notre deuxième jour, les bus ont amené moins de touristes, ce qui, cette fois, a rendu le souper plus agréable.

the pool was nice even though did not use it. The price was ok considering that was a thermal hotel. room was nice and clean, and rested well. at the terrace by the pool you have to go by the reception and get what you need and put it on your room. would definitely stay again especially if you want to go to Pamukale.
