"My experience at Weil Hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel I stayed at during my trip to Malaysia. Two staff member, Arrini and Salis, was very rude during my stay. I had asked if the hotel could warm up some food I bought from a nearby restaurant the following day. Initially, I was told yes, but later I was spoken to harshly and told no. Poorly designed entrance: The main entrance faces sideways rather than the street and is beside a clothing store with mannequins, making it easy to mistake the entrance as part of the shop.
