The refrigerator was not cleaned out before our arrival. There was food inside of it. There were 2 bags of dishes outside our door that was never removed, even after we mentioned it to the guy at the reception the evening of our arrival. The kitchen faucet was leaking. Plus cofffee was out the morning of our departure. We were never told the hours of available coffee when we checked in. Overall, we were not impresssed with this hotel service. We were disappointed.

The staff was extremely short handed the rooms were not cleaned properly and check-in was lined up. Did not get our room until after 7pm. The poor lady at the front desk was working well past her shift because replacement staff did not show up.

This is a place you stay at because you have to, not because you're looking to enjoy amenities. That being said, it's fine...convenient to the airport, staff was courteous and pleasant and room was spare but clean.

To be fair and honest the property in general needs to be cleaned better and not allow homeless overnight on the parking areas and also not having an ice machine is deffenitly a no no for us even if there is ice cube trays according to your staff , what are we supposed to wait till it turns to ice in a few hours !! Just clean all areas better ,

Our check in was for 3pm, after being on the road for hours. The one worker was on a lunch break. Could not check in until around 345/4pm. Finally get in the room unpacked the food items/clothes. Enter the bathroom and the bathroom had not being clean. Used towels all over the floor and wet floor due to the shower head leaking. Made the front desk aware. They offered to switch rooms , then mentioned there were no rooms available right now. The one staff member was as helpful as possible and offered to wave the room fees. As of now I have not been reimbursed. When we checked out they said it should take 5-7 business days. Not happy about the above at all.

Calling this place the Spirit Airlines of hotels would be generous. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the property was dirty and in disrepair. My room had visible dust and areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The hotel seems severely understaffed—requests for basic items like dishes and a hair dryer went unanswered. I had to call again the next day to pick up incomplete dishes at the front desk, and I didn’t receive a hair dryer until my last night. Staff mentioned they were out of pillowcases, and overall they seem low on essentials. Amenities are bare bones: no shampoo unless you ask, no ice machines (just flimsy trays that broke immediately), no hot tub, no gym, and housekeeping only twice a week if requested. The TV was outdated with a dark, low-resolution picture, and the remote barely worked. On my final night, I found two cockroaches crawling around my bathroom sink—on the top floor. The breakfast was minimal, and the coffee was some of the worst I’ve had. The only positive was a relatively comfortable bed. Otherwise, I would never stay here again.

Because I was arriving late due to a canceled flight, there was no one at the front desk because they were getting my room ready. I had to call the front desk and bang on the door for 10 minutes to be let in. After waiting over 30 minutes, he told me he still needed to make the second bed and this is when I said not to worry about it since I wouldn’t be sleeping in two beds. When I walked into my room the TV was on, cabinet doors were open and the room seemed not cleaned.

Had to request kitchen items as well as dishwashing items and shampoos. No vesting machines in hotel and no ice either. Kitchen cabinet laminate coming off and showers drain rusted. Prob won’t stay here again.
