"The place is cute and has a great location near downtown PS. There are two pools apart from each other, one for families and one for adults with its own bar. The rooms are really attractive and comfortable. The bar/cafe by the family pool was out of most drinks (beer, wine, vodka soda) when I checked in at 3:00, it was dirty with used plates and cups around and used napkins on the sofas. The rubbish was all there an hour later while we relaxed. I had to bus my own area while the bartender chatted to coworkers. "

"I booked a queen size bed for my husband and I. We visit Palm Springs every weekend and try not to spend too much money. The room we were given (148) was a double bed. I went to the office to explain and he basically said too bad, that's a queen. He upgraded us after my husband went to speak with them to a room with 2 double beds. Surprise - these beds were the same size as the bed in the original room. Be careful booking at this property."

"Slow service at pool restaurant. Just note when it says pool bar and restaurant it is not. It is designed so you have to get fully dressed. Go into restaurant and order and wait long waits for a pool drinks. I’m sure restaurants food is good, since long waits. Just want future travelers to know it’s not just a pool bar. It a restaurant on premises you can get drinks at. Pool was amazing very well kept. Wish I could have taken bed with us slept great. "

"The property is nice, but nothing great. The pool and hot tub are fine, the view is great and the location is right in the heart of downtown. The main issue is the rooms, which are pretty average, but pretty high priced (at least when I went). It seems like the hotel is quite old and rooms could use some updates. But staff is nice, small convenience shop and parking on site. If the price was lower, I would have rated it higher. "

"Super cute hotel with a fun, art deco vibe. Staff was lovely. On-site restaurant was good, the pool area was massive & very nice. My main concern was the bathroom for the hotel rooms are subpar at best. Floor tile & shower surround is in a huge need of a makeover. Property condition & cleanliness could be better in the common areas. "
