"I was disappointed about the hotel check in because when I arrived at 10pm and there was no staff at the check in counter for like 20 min. I waited and told the front desk guy that I had been waiting for a while, he DIDNT even apologized and said it was not that long he was away from the desk. What kind of customer service is that. Terrible!!! And the hotel towers are very old and rough."

I'm going back, again in a few weeks, now, since this is priced so reasonably, you will see a few mechanical flaws like doors that are not well adjusted and some cleaning issues but that's minor. California is rattled by earth tremors all the time and that makes doors go out of sync, that said, some minor cosmetic issues on wallpaper and paint, but the price, keep your eyes on the ball with pricing, the room is huge and is all real granite in the bathroom and kitchen, full stove and refrigerator like at home, toaster, coffee maker and coffee. Just get your food supply and meats go to the grill you saved a lot of cash. Enjoy the sun and drink fluids all the time it is dry there."
