Everything was good BUT the check-in was a failure. The room not ready. The clerk was not attentive at all. Not told what to do while I waited. No internet, no pool access. waited 1 hour and asked about the room. It was ready, and no one let me know. Not impressed at all.

We had a little snafu with our reservation when we arrived, they did not have it. Called Expedia and they handled straight away. The Amrit staff was great and gave us a drink voucher while we waited.
