Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach I95 Outlets

8/10 Good

"Overall, the experience was okay. Initially, I called in to advise of my arrival and spoke to the front desk person with regards to expecting packages during my time spent. However, it was only until I arrived physically at the hotel that I was advised that there would be a $10 fee for every package delivered. I felt blindsided and have yet to receive a call back from management. It appears to be an okay place of stay. However, I wish that there would have been a more effective communication with the staff."

The Colony Hotel Palm Beach

"I guess they worked. I guess they’re working on the property, but it needs to be cleaned a little bit more. They’re painting it, but it was overall a nice day."

Doubletree By Hilton - Palm Beach Gardens

"Consistent excellence in accommodations and extremely professional staff - this is now the only place I stay when I travel to Palm Beach Gardens on business - Dave at the Front Desk is particularly outstanding!"

Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas

8/10 Good

"The room had a fantastic view, but was in need of some upgrading to the bathroom and flooring. The cleaning staff was good but over zealous. They knocked on the door early on our first morning there. They wanted in by 10 to clean. Not sure why, but I figured they made a mistake and must have thought we were supposed to be checking out."

The Belgrove Resort & Spa, West Palm Beach, Autograph Collection

10/10 Excellent

"The property is sooo beautiful and amazing. The welcome cocktail was delicious and a surprising treat to start the staycation. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and patient. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and everyone from the receptionist to the spa ladies made him feel special. Ralston at the Deep End played his favorite music and Baha Mamma made him feel at home. The spa treatments were the best treatments we have had in our lives!! The entire staff took great care of us and did not skimp on the time to complete the treatment or make us feel like we were in paradise."
