「The hotel is good for the price. It has been undergoing renovations and the rooms are very nice as is most of the physical property. Only 1 elevator was working so waits could be long. The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the restaurants, the lobby bar and the pool. The staff that was there was excellent, but they were overworked and stressed. There was only 1 waitress at breakfast, not even a bus boy to help. It took 1:15 for breakfast. The food was very good when it arrived. ...

「The hotel is beautiful and location is great for the beach. The reception staff were great and overall a very pleasant experience. The cleaning staff/ rooms are slow to arrive and some of them forget to refill so I ended up calling front desk a few times and they still didn’t arrive with what I needed but what can you do.. but that is not saying they were all like that only a few. 「The rooms are clean but there are some things that should be addressed, such as the ice maker did not work, two sliding doors had problems, one would not stay closed unless you locked it, the other one would just stay open, the toilet would only work if you held the handle down and after the water was all the way down you would have to pick up the handle or the water would run non stop.」
