The property is brand new, modern and cozy. There is free parking nearby and the checkin was very easy. The room was clean and have all comforts including a walk-in shower, free water, coffes and teas, a mini-bar fridge, a large tv with free netflix,

Very clean, great temperature control, frequent housekeeping, my room had a small balcony. The owner Stefano and the manager Morena very very helpful. My booking was very last minute and Morena arrived quickly to let me in.

In room brochure. mini-pool is only for the penthouse. I never made use (or found) thedeck shown for the breakfast location.

Esperienza disastrosa e profondamente inquietante. Prima di partire, ho inviato un messaggio in cui segnalavo molto educatamente alcuni problemi, quali il fatto che non ci fossero mai state cambiate le salviette (hanno riappeso quelle che avevo lasciato a terra) e che l'ultimo giorno la stanza non era stata fatta. Il proprietario ha reagito in modo aggressivo e fuori controllo: mi ha chiamato più volte urlando, insultandomi e dandomi del “coniglio”, oltre a termini che preferisco non riportare, aggiungendo che avrei dovuto presentarmi di persona “se avessi avuto le palle”. Tutto questo mentre lo informavo che stavo andando a prendere un aereo. Un atteggiamento intimidatorio, totalmente inappropriato e indegno di un host. Tra disservizi, errori e soprattutto violenza verbale, non posso che sconsigliare questa struttura in modo assoluto. Un vero peccato, perché il posto è molto bello e meriterebbe una gestione all’altezza

Bien pour une nuit

Arrivée autonome claire, chambre un peu poussiéreuse, et mal insonorisée quand à la venu d’autres cohabitant dans les chambres, petit déjeuner à 1km de l’hébergement dans un bar pâtisserie, articles de toilettes apprécié, climatisation, pas de parking à avec l’hébergement comme écrit dans l’annonce mais un parking dans la rue
