Was a decent stay
The bed was comfortable, hot water was ok but not great, internet ok, but the stairwell coming in is dangerous. There is a light that stays on for a few minutes while you climb up 3 levels but none when you exit so it’s pitch black and narrow. Location is good

Thank you Floyd. the stairwell coming in is dangerous. The narrow staircase is typical in old town homes, and the context is not dangerous anyway. Fantastic!
Fantastic location, great and cosy apartment with great amenities and Giulia's assistance makes the whole experience smooth. Second time I have booked the apartment and never disappoints. Will be booking again when coming back.

Amazing location and place
Amazing location, property conditions and communication with the property owner. Loud noise in the street during the nights, especially from Thursday on but apart from that, really recommend this place, you will be fit with the stairs also.

Amazing apartment
This was an ideal apartment in centre of everything but in a quiet side street. The owner was really helpful lots of local information and couldn’t have been more helpful. Lots of lovely restaurants and historic sights within walking distance. Would highly recommend we were there for a week and will definitely be back. 3 daily markets close by lots of shopping on your doorstep.

Perfect location to enjoy the best of Palermo. The flat is quiet and super clean. Best of all was the communication - both before check in and during. Mirium met us and made sure we were comfortable. She told us about the city and circled things on our map. Followed up with more info about restaurants and activities. She even ensured we could get a table at a local restaurant and walked us over to meet the owner!! The only thing to be aware of is that the stairs are narrow and steep to the apartment.

Miriam was wonderful! Met us in the square when we could not find our way! (No wifi). Note - download the directions. It is very easy to fine. Very well situated to immerse yourself in Palermo. Food nearby was amazing! Highly recommend Il Siciliano! Easy to walk wherever you need to go. Walk bs taking a bus tour (not worth your time). We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable bed. Very efficient newly renovated apartment.

Comfortable, clean and cheap!
Lovely small flat, very clean and in the centre of the tourist attractions and surrounded by restaurants. About 40 minutes from mondello beach. The owners are lovely people. Highly recommend it

Great location, lovely apartment.
Just to be clear this is more like an AirBnB than a hotel. There are no staff on site and you get an apartment rather than a hotel room. Parking is available in a pay lot a couple of blocks away. Our lodgings were very modern and spotlessly clean. The WiFi works great. There is a basic kitchen but no laundry on site. You have to use a nearby laundromat. The location is AMAZING. The hotel is right in the middle of downtown Palermo and you can walk to most of the big attractions. There’s ample choice of cafes and restaurants literally around the corner. Regarding crime, the area seemed very safe at all times. My only complaints would be the lack of an elevator and there being no housekeeping. We asked for extra towels mid-way through our stay and were told that this was not possible. Other than that, this is a fantastic choice for self-sufficient travelers. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Great Apartments in Santorini
Great little family run apartments in a good location. Check in was friendly, gave us all the information we needed about our stay. Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was good, also had a sauna which we didn’t use. They have a pet tortoise (Bondo) which gets excited to see you every day.

Stayed for a few nights, was difficult to find. Hotel staff came and helped us find it (Thank you so much! haha) Room was very spacious and comfortable and clean. Many places to eat close by and sites also. Would like to stay here again.

Joli studio, bien meublé et confortable. Peu de lumière du jour et chambre sans fenêtre. Personne n’est venu pour honorer le Check out malgré le rendez-vous. 40 euros de supplément pour arrivée tardive. 3 rappels pour obtenir un justificatif pour les sommes demandées en liquide à l’arrivée, et au final juste un document partiel.

Dear Yves, I am sorry to receive this review.There was no appointment for check-out. I told to leave the keys on the table and to close the door but it was very late when you arrived and no attention was paid to my request.Regarding the receipt I was asked for the amount of the late check-in (2 a.m., on the website it is clearly stated that check-in is until 8 p.m.) for the reimbursement of this to ask the airline for the delay of the flight.You did not ask for the full amount. What would it change for me to do it for everything?It is not obligatory for a private flat to issue receipts as the cleaning fee is required in the Expedia site rules.Next time I recommend reading the rules before booking another accommodation.Thank you

Moderno apartamento muy céntrico
El apartamento se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando del autocar que te lleva al aeropuerto. Está situado en el centro del casco histórico que una vez instalado tienes todas las atracciones turísticas a un corto paseo. És moderno, cómodo y limpio y la chica que te atiende en el check-in (Giulia) és muy amable y servicial. Se encuentra en un segundo piso sin ascensor, problema si tienes problemas de movilidad y otra pega es que el lavabo se encuentra en la habitación principal que si van dos parejas los que duermen en la habitación con el lavabo son molestados por los que duermen en el sofá cama del comedor. Por este motivo es un apartamento ideal para una pareja sola o para una pareja con hijos. Estuvimos 4 noches y nuestra experiencia fue genial, le damos muy buena nota, por su situación, por la limpieza y por lo cómodo que es y no me quiero olvidar de Giulia que a través de WhatsApp te informa de todo y se preocupó de nosotros.

Appartamento pulito e nuovo. Servizi interni veramente scadenti (frigo nuovo ma rumoroso da non dormire la notte). L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore (ed è bene sempre evidenziarlo) e le scale sono strettissime (impossibile da percorrerle con una valigia grande).

Jolie appartement très bien placé à proximité du centre des restaurants de la gare et à 200 mètres du théâtre Massimo... Vraiment bien placé et très bien décoré. Dans l'ensemble on a bien aimé, la seule chos que l'on a pas apprécié c'est qu'en une semaine les serviettes de bain n'ont pas été changé ni les draps... Dommage...

L'appartement était spacieux et fonctionnel, bien situé vers le quartier historique Quartier vivant , nous avons trouvé de la place pour la voiture pas trop loin , compter 1 euro de l'heure c'est un parcmètre par contre dès 20 heures c'est gratuit Appartement propre rien à dire , neuf , agréable Cependant nous avons dû payer 48 euros à notre arrivée en liquide , somme qui n'était prévue nulle part par hôtel .com , ce qui augmente le séjour du coup et nous n'aurions pas fait ce choix si nous l'avions su avant , dommage
