Bland uninteresting room, hall carpets not clean. Looked more like student accommodation than a 4 star hotel Staff very good and breakfast was good also. View from breakfast room very nice.

Good location, tiny rooms
The room was really small, with incredibly hard beds. The bathroom had been modernised, but the bedroom was pretty shabby with chipped paint and a view of the car park. It’s in a pretty good location for exploring Palermo on foot (driving in Palermo is terrifying). The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast room on the 7th floor with a lovely view on the port.

Convenient place to stay in Palermo Port
Our ferry from Genoa was 6 hours late, so we didn’t check in until 0330 in the morning. Despite the time, the gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and overlooked the Port. There was alway something to look at, but the room was well soundproofed. Breakfast was on an upper floor and the food good. The centre of Palermo is only a few moments away on food with plenty of interesting restaurants. It is very convenient too if you arrive on a ferry as it is a minutes drive from the port entrance.

Good value, breakfast. location.
Very comfortable place conveniently located right across the street from the ferry terminal. Parking was easy behind the hotel. Behind the hotel is pretty dilapidated, but we were never bothered. Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable. Good value for what we received.

Very nice stay
Very nice hotel and room , view is really nice from the room . It’s take around 20 minutes walking to the center .breakfast was good.

We have stayed in a few hotels this year. The Ibis was the most welcoming, cleanest and friendliest so far. We will definitely go back there and will recommend it to our friends and family

3 night trip
You get what you pay for. Bed was hard, the wifi didn't work in the rooms (you could connect but the speed was so unusably slow I turned it off), only in the lobby. Daily housekeeping didn't clean up what were clearly used dishes and empty bottles. Bar staff at the upstairs terrazza were friendly though. Location is a bit out of the way from anywhere you'd want to go.

Very disappointing property. Definitely NOT a 4 star- property looks old and tired. Some staff are friendly - Antonella at the front and Giorgio at the bar. I didn’t like the one restaurant- it’s like cafeteria food. Air conditioning is bad. Stingy with toilet paper. Beds are uncomfortable- you have to ask for extra pillows. The good is the location is walkable.

Location was great-walkable to all things. Construction was present by the hotel so traffic was a bit tough- room was clean and large. Staff was great- eating breakfast on the restaurant balcony was lovely.

Good for an overnight or two.
Clean and comfortable. Dinner was a buffett and pretty good. Breakfast as well was good. I would stay again. Not fancy but a good place for a home base if passing through.

Very modern, clean and quiet. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!! Located across from the cruise ship port... walking distance!!! The neighborhood is a bit rough.
