Great restaurants in the area and walkable to attractions. The rooms were clean and the checkin process was straightforward and owner was super polite and accessible with questions etc. I would stay again at this property.

Soggiorno presso un palazzo centralissimo a pochi passi da teatro massimo e politeama. Si arriva ovunque a piedi in una zona sicura e confortevole, piena di bei negozi e bella gente. Appartamento pulito, host gentile e camera bellissima. Ci ritorneremo! Super consigliato.

La stanza è piccola. Il frigo non funzionava, il letto comodo la posizione eccellente. Proprio al centro. Purtroppo però la stanza affacciava all'interno del cortiletto e da li saliva un puzzo di fogna. Per questo motivo arieggiare la stanza era sconsigliato. Tutto sommato un discreto soggiorno.

This hotel is really close to Cefalu train station. The City Center is walkable. Everyone is friendly and food is decent. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to carry my luggages down a flight of stairs. I did not know that there is an elevator option, but someone from the inside has to open the door because the elevator is inside another building at the left side.

Utmärkt hotell med 6 rum totalt Ligger mycket centralt med gågata utanför Träden fulla med apelsiner Gångavstånd till det mesta Marknaden, shoppinggata, hop off hop on bussen och många restauranger Daniele som driver hotellet har också en restaurang ganska nära med mycket trevlig miljö och mat som rekommenderas Restaurangen heter L’essenza Vi var en vecka och hyrde taxi för att utforska lite mer Besökte santa Rosalia , badstranden Mondelo samt katedral Monrale Tog 4 timmar till en kostnad av 200€ Lite längre bort finns tågcentralen samt strax intill hotellet ligger färjeläget

Good area but a bit basic

Large room, and bathroom with balcony. Nice and convenient area to tourist hotspots. 2 small bottles of water provided. Secure building with a lift. Bed king size but was a bit hard. NO balcony furniture. NO in-room kettle or coffee maker, and no cups, dining room had a kettle we used but no cups, the fridge in our room was not working. Mold in shower.

Is was very difficult to get into this property. Thankfully there was a couple just entering and let us in, then another family helped us get into the suites. We had no contact with the host as we did not have telephone service only data. I do not blame the host, Expedia is to blame. Make sure you k ow how to contact the host before arrival. We actually helped another couple in when we were leaving. I do not recommend this accommodation due to the difficulties we and others experienced trying to book in.

Great little hotel serving a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff is very helpful and courteous. However, if you have mobility issues, make sure you book a groundfloor room.

Stort fint rom med bad og dusj. Rent og pent. Perfekt beliggenhet. Ikke langt til havna og rett ved største gågaten med mange shopping muligheter, mange restauranter og severdigheter. God service på hotellet og svært behjelpelig med å finne ut av bl.a busstider og hvor kjøpe billetter. Perfekt beliggenhet med tanke på offentlig transport. Helt klart mitt hotell neste gang vi besøker Palermo!

Marco put himself out to make our stay relaxing and comfortable - he spoke very good English and was very accommodating: when we had a late departure, he not only let us leave our luggage there, but also use the bathroom when we came back and then arranged a taxi for us. Also the lady who provided the breakfasts interpreted our sketchy Italian, making our stay fun, and remembered our requests the next day.
