The Tulipanes Express is in the same building as the non-express version, so you share the same amenities like pool and restaurant which is great. Rooms very decently sized, AC was cooling but loud, shower had loads of hot water, relatively quiet area amidst the tourist strip. Recommended as has good location and for the price paid good value for money.

This was my wife and I favorite hotel from our Tren Maya trip. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was gorgeous with a balcony. We enjoyed it so much we stayed here twice within our stay! We would highly recommend this stay.

Very nice property, very clean, comfortable and great customer service. Very safe area and very close to nearby shopping, there’s a Chedraui grocery store 9 min drive, city center about the same with lots of places to eat, shopping and nice live entertainment at the park’s center

YES, I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN

MY STAY WAS FOR THREE DAYS, TWO NIGHTS. THIS HOTEL IS IN THE HEART OF PALENQUE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, SPOTLESS, ROOMY AND THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS A PLUS.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Typical hotel room bonus of having a bidet. This should standard everywhere. The a/c was very noisy this turned into an advantage. It became a great white noise machine as we were there during the celebration of the Virgin of Guadalupe constant firecrackers and fireworks. 🙂 The pool was refreshing, clean and cool. The hot tubs were never hot in the four night we were there. Very disappointing after a long travel day and then a trip to the cold waterfalls. The location is great. A two minute walk to the ADO, surrounded by higher end restaurants on a very walkable street. We felt very safe and comfortable here. Centro was a short walk away and again we always felt safe. We would stay here again if we are back Palenque.

Great bed, great shower, and these are the two things I would complain about if they weren't good. Air conditioning worked great. Great service at the restaurant. One block or so from where you can catch taxis.

Our first night out of our 3 night stay was a nightmare. The room had an A/C that couldn't be regulated at set at 68 degrees so we shut it off and turned on the ceiling fan but had to open the window for air circulation but were kept up all night with noise from scooters, cars, etc right by our window. We asked for another room but were told they were booked and we could move the next day. At around 9am, they found another room for the next two days which was quieter. The staff was friendly, location is not near city central, many walkable good restaurants and taxis readily available

I enjoyed my stay! The staff and everything was wonderful, I even got to walk around. My only issue was after I reserved my stay I extended it for another day with one gap day in between the reservations because I stayed the night in the jungle. I had to leave at 5:30 am and they weren’t open for breakfast. After I came back at 8 pm the next day, they told me I no longer have breakfast available for the following day (and last day) because I missed one day. Even though I payed the same price. Apart from that though my family and I had a pleasant experience!

Spotless room, crisp, pressed sheets and thick, soft towels made for an excellent stay. Check in was seamless and we enjoyed the pool. Kudos for the bidet! We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t review that. But this is a very nice hotel in a nice area.

Great hotel in nice safe area of Palenque.

Great hotel in a nice area of Palenque. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms was nicely sized and very clean. Lots of hot water. Pool area was also pleasant and clean. Beers not too expensive for such a nice property. Staff super attentive. Definitely will stay here again!
