Nice hotel in an area that is walkable to much of central Singapore. Raffles hotel, Chijmes (bars and restaurants), and Raffle City Mall are across the street and MRT 2 min walk. Updated gym is Nicely equipped as is the outdoor pool.

Water at hotel not inviting, beach quickly becomes public, Bungee jumping and zip lining at beach. Good Italian beach restaurant, TraPizza, outdoor playground for kids you can check you child into.

Hard to believe but the skin of these wontons is actually made from pork that has been pounded until it’s paper thin. The texture is very unique and like nothing I’ve come across anywhere else in the world. Given the amount of craftsmanship that goes into this it’s surprising how inexpensive it is. Putien is a chain that has earned a Michelin star and it’s well deserved. #GoodEats
