「The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open...

Excellent location to great food and markets, the staff were super friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend it!」
