Like a rock. * bed was angled in middle -- like sleeping in a burrito * no instructions on entering -- building door key did not work well, had to play with it for 10 min to figure out how to make it work. Also took a while to figure out the entryway lights for the building, etc....

"Our experience could not have been better. We are three American Senior women and the hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. All the staff was excellent, especially Giacomo at the front counter who gave us explicit instructions and directions and also Antonio the bar manager who went out of his way to make our experience extra special, even telling us about the special Prosecco."
