「Property was exactly what we were looking for--on-site parking, clean, simple breakfast (included), walkable (20-30 minutes) to center of town. Hosts were accommodating and pleasant. No frills (almost dormitory-like feel, no carpeting). We had a room with private bathroom. This was very nice except that the shower is quite tall and narrow. Would stay here again. 」

「We enjoyed a 2-night stay here. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable and good shower water pressure. Breakfast that was included was ok, nothing special & no hot food the 2nd day. We had to park in street w a parking pass so that was a little tricky but found spaces. They were redoing parts of the front entrance so there was work going on the days we were there. Overall it was good spot for us and a nice hotel.」

「Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.」
