I booked last minute and didn’t see the notification about contacting the host ahead of time for booking a time for him to come and check me in. My mistake forced me to sit outside the hotel until he could arrive. There’s no reception. 」

「Location and room are great however it is not convenient if you have big luggages since we had to carry them 2 stories up. There is no person to assist to carry them up on site. They assisted to store the luggages when we went to pompeii park. We communicated through messages. 」
