You get what you pay for

The front desk at the hotel was rude and had a bad attitude and tried to make me work to contact Expedia customer service to get my funds out of Expedia, even though I paid in full via Hotels.com. The hotel itself was in a quiet location and the rooms were well kept and cleaned. If you expect good hotel service, I would recommend other hotels.

Hôtel confortable et propre à distance de marche du centre -ville. Personnel pas très souriant sauf un jeune homme bilingue qui travaille de jour. Par contre nous sommes arrivés à 3 heures du matin après 17 heures de « local bus «  et la réception était ouverte et nous avons eu accès à notre chambre sans aucune difficulté. Wifi excellent. Bon rapport qualité prix et très tranquille.

서비스 최악

싱글배드 트리플룸을 예약했는데 방이 없답니다. 그럼 방을 세개 달랬더니 돈을 그대로 다 받습니다. 너네가 잘 멋 한거다 라고 했더니 직원은 어쩔 수 없다고만 하네요. 결국 방하나 추가해서 비싼돈 주고 묵었네요. 와이파이는 객실에서 안터지구요.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind sauber (bis auf den Balkon, da es recht staubig ist). WIFI hat überall funktioniert. Personal konnte kein Englisch. Frühstück gab es auch nicht.

Cheap, clean, friendly staff

Hotel was cheap and we got to pick the room. Just ask to see some rooms beforehand. Suggestions, bring a translation book or app. For us, their english was not good. It was clean and they were able to accomodate 3 people. They have wi fi and a nice AC unit. The staff was very friendly. Located next to food and shopping. Overall very satisfied.
