The rooftop restaurant and bar is convenient. Again i had a room with no view, so that is a little diappointing. The staff are friendly, but unlike the other hotels i stayed in Laos, they don't help with booking anything for you. This was not a big issue though, so I would recommend this property.

Awesome food morning and night on site.
Good location and excellent rooftop restaurant every night. Wonderful traditional Laos breakfast buffet. Great base to use for exploring the area via tours or motorbike.

From bad to worse
Never ever again, absolutely overrated hotel. Old, realy old hotel, tiny rooms, disgusting Shower/Toilet. But the worst part of the story is the non existing communication, they simply irgnored my email inquiry aswel my whatsapp inquiry. Well, never ever again.

The location is great. The staff are suprr. The rooftop restaurant is really good - terrific views and food. I had a standard room. It was adequate but not as clean as I'd expect.

Cute hotel in Pakse with rooftop views
Awesome rooftop for sundowners and dinner overlooking the city and the giant Buddha in the distance. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean, and there’s a good free breakfast. Definitely will stay here next time I’m in Pakse for work.

Room looks a bit old and was smaller, but all in all functional and clean. The restaurant on the roof is a must at sunset for a spectacular view. Had a bit of trouble with laundry service losing clothes but we told reception and it was eventually returned. Must go to the night market near the hotel for great food!

Very central
Good location to tour agent, bus station, with plenty of shops and markets near by. Very nice rooftop bar and restaurant to enjoy at nighttime. Helpful with laundry and holding our luggage while on a zip line adventure. Bit of confusion at checkout regarding my prepayment of room. Will hopefully clear up when I get home. Would recommend to others.

Lovely hotel great rooftop restaurant
Really nice hotel. Great service, very welcoming, friendly, polite and attentive. The hotel was nice, if staying for longer than a few days then book a room with an outside viewing window. Other than that really nice hotel answer great value. Definitely visit the restaurant on the rooftop for dinner ans to watch the sunset!

Good choice
The hotel has different room categories and all of them are good, super buffet breakfast is something remarkable. The service is ok and the location great, Pakse is not a big city.

A clean and comfortable room. Cocktails on the roof during happy hour were good. We were down the end of a corridor and the wifi was a bit patchy at times. There was work going on but we did not notice any noise. What we did notice was the strong smell of glue (or other chemical). It went during the night and the following day we put the a/c on to help get rid of it. The tour guide office next door quotes very expensive tours and you can get much cheaper ones from Paske travel round the corner on the main road.

Value money for hotel in Pakse and great locatio
This hotel is really in the great location and provide value for money stay in Pakse. Staff is friendly and provides great supports. You can walk easily to the nearby market and restaurants. Really and highly recommended!

Nice hotel, lovely rooftop happy hour
We stayed three nights- accommodations are a bit sparse in Pakse, but this hotel was clean and centrally located. We received a complimentary upgrade to a higher grade twin room since we booked for twins and upon arrival had a double. They were very nice and gave the upgrade immediately as it was the only room with twins available. Upgraded room was quite large and had a nice view. Clean room and bath. The beds were not super comfortable - very hard, even by Asian bed standards, and pillows that were too thick and firm for my neck - travel buddy didn’t seem to mind though. Overall our stay was great and we would recommend staying here. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard. The rooftop bar and restaurant was quite lovely, nice views, good breeze at sunset, 2-for-1 happy hour drinks too!

Highly recommended.
The hotel is functional without being luxurious, the reception staff try really hard to give the guest what they want. Everything works but the beds are really hard. Most important (!) the Wi-Fi is good and the a/c works. The roof top restaurant is exceptionally well managed, the food is excellent and the sunset view superb.

THE MOST ARROGANT HOTEL IN TOWN
Reserved a deluxe-double room, which turned out to be totally unacceptable. It was dark, small, and did not even provide drawers to put away clothing. Seven rooms later I upgraded to their 'super deluxe suite'. Almost as awful, but at least more space. The staff did not speak English. When I called down and asked for two extra towels and someone to adjust the tv, two men appeared, handed me the towels and as I walked toward the tv they went directly into the bathroom, one getting wet in the shower, the other busy with the sink!! I realize that this story sounds funny, but I assure you the hotel was not. The staff at the desk were the worst. When I checked out, my bill was a few scraps of scribbled paper, totaled on an adding machine, and only given to me when I demanded, so I could have some proof of payment.

Pretty decent place. The highlights for us were the view from the rooftop restaurant and the location. Our room was clean but just ok. The sheets were rough and the bed stiff. Our room was located down a hallway/corridor which caused an eco and you could hear every person come and go as well as their TV’s.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told my room which was supposed to be economic double or twin room was not available and they upgraded the room for me. I expected an excellent room but actually quite normal. Well, if I stay economic room, I can't imagine how small it is! The room was clean and staffs were friendly anyway.

The hotel was our only lodging in Laos. By outward appearances, it is one of the best but there did seem to be one or two more expensive hotels that might have been more comfortable. We found everything clean and neat. Mattresses were a little hard for our taste but we found this to be true throughout S.E. Asia. Breakfast selections were pleasant. Laos is still a poor country and finding good restaurants was not easy, there are not a lot of sights to see aside from the countryside and so the hotel was a sort of refuge for us during our stay.

In need of a facelift
Once obviously grand hotel now in need of a facelift. The standard double we had was a little tired and on the small side although it had all the facilities you would expect. Great roof top bar made up for the tiredness of the hotel and the staff were very helpful especially Tong in reception. Breakfast was good with a good of choice of both western and Asian fare.

Op de bovenste verdieping zit een heel goed restaurant wat bij het hotel hoort. Hier is het prima genieten van de zonsondergang en heerlijk eten. Aan de overkant van het hotel ligt een soort van winkelcentrum waar ten tijde van ons verblijf alleen de begane grond open was. Daarnaast is ook nog een echte ouderwetse markt. Vriendelijk personeel en uitstekende service!

Perfect stay in the center of Pakse
Well situated and comfortable hotel in the center of the crazy town of Pakse. The breakfast is good and the rooftop bar/restaurant provides a magnificent view together with good food. In the area you will find plenty of travel agents, coffee shops, a market and restaurants.
