「The staff was confused when I got there, could not find my booking which I paid for in full online with credit card. They were unaware that Expedia is associated with hotels.com. Also, upon arrival I had to pay an additional 1000 baht deposit for key. This was not mentioned online and is something the customer should be notified of.」
