Hotel staffs is helpful and rooms is clean except the location is far from main road, difficult to locate during late night. Breakfast was serve in open garden which is new experience for us.
Our booking was not place by Expedia during our check in and the staffs is kind to provide us 6 rooms after some help from our driver's. We booked suite room but was given studio room due to no booking was done by Expedia though our payment had been made.
Lucky hotel could arranged rooms for us if not we have to be stranded.
According to hotel they have stop contract with Expedia for more than 6 months, in this case Expedia should not accept our booking and payment. Furthermore, we received notification for check in & check out and last this mail for feedback on the property. This double standard and irresponsible attitude is totally unacceptable. I'm very disappointed with Expedia service.
