Great hotel with very comfortable bed and a good pressure shower. Very accommodating staffs, there’s 2 cute alpacas, rabbits and chicken, also a pool with a nice view of nature and hot jacuzzi, free bikes to roam around the property. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay in dusitD2 was awesome. We came to celebrate a birthday and the hotel provided the room as requested. Loved the surrounding and the peacefulness provided. It was a great and relaxing stay.

Good for healing

Very good place for take a rest and healing in the nature. Room is perfect but need to more attention to the public toilet that I found many insects and cockroach.

Terrible experience with staff at the Acili restaurant being so rude and unhospitable in their communication about not taking photograph around the restaurant. We were told that the restaurant isn’t direct part of the hotel but the hotel website clearly shows the restaurant as key part of its compound making it a false advertisement to customers. There are better ways to communicate to customers about this matter. Checking in process took more than half an hour. We had 3 rooms and all had issues eg. bad smell of drainage, broken kettle and very poor quality of towels. However staff at the coffee shop were very polite and helpful.

Impressive

I loved everything about this hotel, the room, the facilities and the atmosphere around it. The only thing that can be improved is they don't have a lot of vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast buffet. You can order something made to order though. We had vegetarian fried rice.

Good New hotel. Pet-friendly facility. Nice green field. Not far from popular restaurants. Need improvement Check-in was slow. Water heating system did not work properly and fixing it took a long time. No one picked up the phone in front office.

An embarrassment for the Dusit brand

The hotel is somewhat fine and the restaurant is good, but the service from the staff is appalling, especially the rude and impolite baggage carriers who drive you from the lobby to the room and deliver room service. I was shocked by their bad service and attitude and will never go back. I stayed in Dusit Hua Hin and other Dusit sites around the world and always received very good service, but this place clearly needs a change in management. The Spa was also not ready, despite several places showing prices etc., the paint on the tables in the room could use a paint update maybe 2-3 years ago. There are just too many good resorts in Khao Yai already for this place to exists. DusitD2 Khao Yai is an embarrassment for the Dusit brand, would not recommend to anyone.

เปิดห้องมามีทั้งยุง ทั้งแมลง เยอะมาก บินเป็นสนามควิชดิชเลย ผ้าเช็ดผมไม่มีเตรียมมาให้ ต้องโทรให้เอามา Rep’ แจ้งว่าเป็น Option เสริมต้องโทรแจ้ง อันนี้ คือ งง หมอน โดยส่วนตัว คิดว่า แบนมาก จนถึงมากที่สุด ถึงขั้นต้องขอเพิ่มอีกคนละสองใบ สภาพไม่ใช่ว่าเก่านะ แต่มันเหมือนนิ่มไปขั้นเปื่อย แบบไม่มีการเด้งกลับเลย ห้องน้ำเป็นแบบ มีอ่างกลางห้อง ไม่มีกั้นเปียกแห้ง ถ้ามีเด็กน้อย มีหวังเลอะ เปียกทั่วแน่นอน
