"The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were super cute with a disco ball inside. Bathrooms were very big. Swimming pool was heated but we didn’t get a chance to use it. They also had a fire pit area. We would definitely come again!!"

"Little America Hotel has been our favorite place to stay in Flagstaff. We have stayed multiple times over the years. The grounds are beautiful with a hiking trail right on site. The playground was under construction this stay. We stayed for 4 nights this trip before heading to Page AZ. Unfortunately, this will be our last time staying at Little America Hotel. Not only did we get a smaller room than ever. But it was absolutely Filthy!!! Completely unacceptable! The amount of dust Everywhere was crazy. Coating the filter intake as well as the unworking bathroom fan above the toilet. I cleaned off the intake filter cover for obvious reasons. ( I care about my health ) One of the two sinks would back up and fill the sink with water when in use. When you turn off the bathroom sink it makes a loud thumping noise. I’m sure other customers could hear it through the walls. The floors and walls were also filthy. The bathroom mirrors had streaked smudge marks all over them. I ended up cleaning the room myself just to make it tolerable for the next 4 nights. That room needs some serious attention and maintenance. The tv remote wasn’t working. Had to have the maintenance kid bring a new remote only to find it didn’t work either. He had to come back a second time and replace the coax cable to the tv. I always leave rooms cleaner than when I arrive. Because I care I even made reservations 7 months prior. Super disappointing. Avoid Building ((( 4 ))) Room ((( 309 )))"

"Front desk clerk nice and professional. The room we were checked into TV and phone did not work, second room no batteries in remotes. Called front desk, the clerk said maintenance would fix the issue, so we left room and gave our permission to enter room. We returned to the room a few hours later, still no batteries in remoteness, so I called front desk to confirm the maintenance person did check but was informed that the maintenance person said we had a pet in room, out right lie! When the maintenance guy showed up to our room he was intoxicated and had a fit and said he would help us! So unprofessional! It’s was too late to find another place to stay, after 10 pm!"

"The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. All the staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk to the staff in the kitchen. The WIFI was fast and reliable. The location of this hotel is very easy to get to: close to I-40, 89A and Route 66 which means wherever you are coming from or desire to go, this property gives you handy access."
