The location was great. The cabin was a bit damp but heat pump good. Frig leaked all over and had to be replaced after waking to a puddle. Very responsive staff. Need a towel rack and rubbish bin in bathroom. No doubt all would have seemed lovely if the sun had been shining and we were out and about more.

Only amenity lacking is no air con in cabins. Lice pools, good shared cooking areas and laundrey. Interesting local feature is the Hangi cooking pots using the natural hot spring water.

Friendly staff w lots of local knowledge. Very close to Paihia town. Right on beautiful beach. Sheltered and Safe for kids. Kayaks bikes hikes swim lots of choices. Stayed in family cabin w kitchen. Kinda dissapointed no complimentary coffee tea, salt and pepper.

location was great. not too far from paihia town. quiet and serene. facilities were well kept and clean. definitely worth staying again.

처음 들어갔을 때 숙소는 깨끗해보이긴 했는데 바닥청소가 안되었는지 먼지가 많더군요; 또 침대에 진드기가 있는지 저는 다른 침대에서 큰 불편함은 없었지만 아내와 아이들은 밤새 몸이 가려워서 잠을 잘 못잤더라구요;; 숙소 위생관리에 보다 신경을 써야할듯합니다. 그것 외에는 전반적으로 크게 나쁘지는 않습니다만, 다른 홀리데이 파크들에 비해서는 놀이터도 상당히 작고 그밖에는 어린 아이들이 놀수 있는 공간도 거의 없다는점 참고하시면 좋을듯하네요~ 참, 와이파이도 다른곳에 비하면 잘 안잡히더라구요..ㅠㅠ

In a lovely bay fronting the sea. Lots of activities available for hire. Good base for campervans/ campers. I was in simple chalet that was warm and dry

Stunning views

It was a good stay meant for a large group that we were. Everything was available in the kitchen. The rooms were comfy. The views were stunning. Ample parking. The only thing I would mention is that there were only 4 towels when we arrived(we were 11 in total) and after asking for more we were given another 4. There were no latches on the toilets either.

Great Cabin, excellent size and facilities

The Cabin was perfect for a small family. Great location just minutes from Paihia. Activities for children and adults available.

No bay view from some units

This place is mostly for folks with RVs. I drove a car and stayed in a basic single room on the side hill that was suppose to have a bay view but it did NOT have a Bay View. Little cottage was very run down and felt dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable so I slept poorly. WiFi was spotty/slow. The location is outside of town so you must do a bit of driving. I would not stay again.

Cabin in caravan park

Stayed in a 'Kitchen bedsitter' for 2 days. I didn't realise that there was no bathroom in this cabin. It was so small and poorly equipped. Changed to a bigger cabin with bathroom and extra space. Much better equipped. So would recommend this option as it was only $25 extra/night.

Petit camping accueillant et bien placé. Super emplacements pour campervan en bordure de plage. Douches et sanitaires en grands nombres avec cuisine. Point negatif : cabine que nous avons louée sale, matelas ignoble. 2 nuits horribles dommage

Nice, peaceful resort at a beach and boat ramp.

Short but had a peaceful awesome time. Kayaking, bushwalks are just some of the activities.

Nice lil spot

I needed a nice and quiet overnight place to stay that was inexpensive and this place delivered that. Nice staff, quiet area and a short drive to Pahia central, which is what I required and what I received. Thank you very much.

Pahia House

Major upgrade needed. Toilets leaked, lights didn't work, hot water ran out quickly even with careful use. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable and location and views were devine.

You get what you pay for

This was the best priced at only $48 p/n which was great for a cheap night. close enough with car for everything. Only real complaint was room comfort as it smelt damp no airflow. Portable aircon should b thrown out. bed very uncomfortable. I would hate to be here in summer in this cabin however pay more and it would be great. good staff and facilities
