We could not get hold of anyone to let them know our flight was delayed after phoning and emailing most of the afternoon. We ended up in the dark rain and no where to stay at 9.30pm at night. Poor service

Really nice Hostel!! Loved all the palm trees everywhere and how close it is to the beach and shops, definitely recommend this place if you are a solo backpacker and love meeting new people as there was a bbq and a bingo night that got me to meet loads of backpackers like me (: Also a hostel cat named Harold that made my experience here 20x better

Good hostel lots of information for things to do around the area and walking trails and in a good location to walk to places. Room was good, although limited power outlets. Kitchen was small but clean. Good entertainment in the bar each night with happy hour deals on as well

Pleasant but room for improvement

Room was clean and tidy and so was the bathroom. But two issues to look into: 1. The room (#2) we stayed in had a door which was of frosted glass and there wasn’t any curtain. The light coming through wasn’t appreciated while napping. 2. There should be dedicated parking for us. Seemed like whoever can park in there.

This place was a little rowdier than I imagined. It's definitely a typical hostel and for the low cost I wasn't mad but the beds are not that comfortable in the shared rooms. Luckily if you just want to shower and not booze it up you'll probably have the room to yourself which is nice in and of itself . not the front desk closes a little early but if the bar is open someone can likely sort your check in through there.

Great location- to improve: beds and carpets

Great location and a nice layout! We would recommend upgrading the beds, as they are rather uncomfortable to sleep in and improving on the cleanliness of the bedrooms, focusing on the carpets which are rather old and smelly. The bathroom was clean and it was handy to have a fridge and Some kitchen appliances available for guests in the private rooms to use without having to go all the way to the common kitchen.

I have booked a private room with 2 twin beds. As the 2 twin beds room is not available , the friendly staff has arranged us a private dorm room . it is like a suite! with a private toilet and two dorm rooms. they are really helpful. will stay there again if i go back.

4 Doppelzimmer - 1 Toilette. Kein Fenster

Weniger Komfort als im Hotel ist im Backpacker völlig ok. Aber: In einem 1-stöckigem Container bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur ein Fenster zu verbauen, bei dem sich nur die oberen 10 Zentimeter minimal abkippen lassen finde ich für den Preis von mehr als 100 Dollar die Nacht unverschämt. Jedes Dorm dort ist besser.

The room was not as advertised, I had booked a private room with bathroom and got a privates room but shared the bathroom. The kitchen area that was shared had dirty dishes in the cupboards and the one in the main common area was not fit to be used. The other guests were friendly as were the staff, but I would not stay there again!

Room and commun area clean but the pool and hot tu avoid ! SOo dirty. There is a bar inside the hostel open until 1 am so dont go with family or if you want to rest

Not as described

We expected a bit more on the comfort/ size of room. Our reservation said king room but we got a tiny, stuffy & grimy room with a small double bed with no ventilation whatsoever. We expected noise when the bar was open - 1AM and possibly an hour or so later- but not until 5:30AM. The only good thing about this place was the friendly & helpful staff.
