Great location and taff were very friendly. Room large enough and clean. It is near the bars, so was noisy until appx 11pm, but this didn't bother me. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot. Other than that, great place to stay in Pai.

This place is beautiful, has a great pool , the staff is rad. Wished then entire stay was here while in Pai. Can’t wait to come back here again!!!

Great location and lovely room!

This was a lovely place. They took good care of us and were very helpful with anything we needed. Even in the midst of the pandemic the music across the street was still blaring which was annoying. Also the hot water was only available at very low pressure. However the location is great and we enjoyed it a lot!

Top little resort

All in all a nice little resort for a couple of nights. There are several bars with some great live music on the same small road and the night market is just around the corner

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern. Das Zimmer ist klein aber alles nötige ist vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem leckeren Frühstückscafe. Es ist Abends bis 23:30 relativ laut, da in der Umgebung Livemusik gespielt wird. Danach ruhig. Wenige Parkplätze.

This place could be great. The location is good and the rooms are comfy. But the front desk staff ruin it. They are not friendly, not helpful and were asleep at the desk (during the day) on more than one occasion. We were there 9 nights and not once did someone say hello.

Comfortable room in the center of town.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was in the center of town where all the action was. Local bar plays music late but not too late. The toilet didn't flush well.

Great pool, great room, perfect location, and a modern, Western-style bathroom. The only thing I would change is the rocks in the gutter of the shower. They're a breeding area for mosquitoes and blackflies. So I had to fight them off every time I had a shower. Otherwise, great experience.

Clean, compact, and convenient.

Right in town (but not the main centre) makes this a nifty place to walk. Two of the most popular bars play their music to the street opposite however, so it's just as well that the chalets are set back a bit, in a well-maintained, green grove. Swimming pool is modest length, but clean and cute to have a dip in.

In the mix

If you want to be in the center then you will love this place cuz everything is right out the door. I hope you like Jazz and other live music cuz you will be hearing it from 8-12 at night constantly. The staff were really nice. The downside: They had construction going on when I was there so that was anoyying and shower barely got warm. The biggest complaint is the pillows were hard as rocks. So on the end I had to move to another place to get some proper rest.

Great room, good location, a bit noisy.

The room was brand new and very nice. A bit cold at chilly night. There is quite a bit of noise from close bar until 11:30. Also, there is currently some construction going on. Overall it is really nice.

Luxe resort op goede locatie

Het resort is nog in aanbouw en gaat er prachtig uitzien als het af is. Het appartementje is van alle gemakken voorzien, erg schoon en zeer comfortabel. Het resort ligt midden in het stadje dicht bij de leukste barretjes, winkeltjes en eettentjes. Iedere avond is het heel gezellig in het stadje met live muziek in de kroegjes en allemaal kraampjes en eetkarretjes in de hoofdstraat. Ondanks dat het resort er vlakbij is heb je er totaal geen last van als je wil slapen. Het is er heerlijk rustig. Er is ook een mooi zwembad bij. Ik kom hier zeker terug!!

Unglaublich schöner Bungalow mit toller Lage

Es ist wirklich ein super schöner bungalow, das schönste Haus auf unserer Reise. Die ganze Anlage wird Stepp by Stepp erneuert, mit Pool. Pai ist ein ungemütliches Städtchen mit grenzenloser Natur. Pai + yotaka pai ein Traum

Pick this guesthouse for your trip to pai.

Note on Google maps it goes by its previous name baan suan rim pai. Easy walk from either minibus drop off. Signs for both names are on the street. This is the perfect spot to stay in pai. Clean, quite, comfortable rooms in a tropical setting just steps from everything that makes pai fun. They fill the rooms in the back first so you can't hear the bars and restaurants on the street. Highly recommend this guesthouse. They don't speak much English but doesn't matter. Crawl home from the yellow sun bar down the street. Check out pens kitchen for great inexpensive food. 24hrs moped rentals ( great for hotsprings and canyon) and hr. Long massages about 200 bhat all around.

Nice new clean place

Hot shower good location...gets a but loud at the bars across the street at night but not to bad.
