"The first room they gave us had a sewerage/poopy smell to it as you walked in and the bathroom’s vent was not working. I called them a few times and they didn’t come check on it but eventually asked me to go down to the front desk and gave us different room. The second room was clean and gave us no issues. The laundry dryer had some problems as it seemed they changed the price w/o updating the price sign to operate it. They seemed a little understaffed. "

"Stayed here to be close to Antelope Canyon tour. Hotel in a good/easy access location. A bit on the older side but perfect for a quick one-day stay. Check in was easy but the one thing that happened after we got to our room was where it turned. I was in the bathroom and my toddler and friend were resting. I heard the door open and shut while I was in the bathroom. When I came out they had told me one of the workers barged in without knocking, without saying a single word (not even a sorry) before opening our door. She had opened it to check if we had a shower curtain and when she saw there were people in the room, she shut the door. Idk about you but that creeps me out, as a single mom I can’t imagine if my friend wasn’t in the room and how easily they could’ve taken my son (I know "
