"Breakfast was really bad. A steak and cheese pie is not a breakfast. The coffee was cold. And the only coffee that was hot was flatwhite and then they expected us to pay for it. We weren’t the only ones who complained. The breakfast needs to be a whole lot better."

"check in was poor, keys were not available at the property, needed to drive down the road to another and there was no staff attendance. Thank goodness my cellphone was available and even then there was limited knowledge about where the keys were kept. Vast improvement needed."
