「Hotel staff unable to find my online booking as confirmed by Expedia. After over 20 minutes then they managed to solved it. Gave me an unclean room then when i complaint they move me to another room.」

「We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. 「The staff were very kind and happy to meet our accommodation needs. The breakfast was delicious. Had a variety of good options for everyone and the staff were flexible about the time. The room was comfortable, but all the rooms on the pond face eachother, so be cautious of keeping your curtains open, there is not much privacy. The rooms also do not keep out sound well. You can easily hear your neighbors and anything going on outside. The hotel is next to the park, we were able to walk there...
