「Fabulous but outside the back entrance to the historic building was disgusting. Hotel should clean it up if they show guests that’s the fastest way up. Otherwise no complaints. Interesting busy area 」

「Management is wonderful. When my texi cannot go to the hotel gate because of the narrow road and traffic. I called the hotel and was picked up by hotel's autobikes. Also the hotel is famous for its reputation and every Tuktuk car drivers know this hotel. If you want to take a walk, it's 15 minutes walking distance to the Mehrangarh Fort from the hotel.」

「The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

「Staff are very helpful and not giving you a feel they work for tips. Very clean and comfortable.」

「The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. However, this hotel was in the old city of Jodhpur and the surroundings was very raw. Hotel has a very old building and we felt lack of proper ventilation during the stay. Certainly not worth the price, would not do it again. 」

「Le seul problème est que nous n'avons pas été logés dans l'hôtel réservé au départ, le "Juna Mahal". En effet, le cuisinier de cet hôtel étant en congé, le petit déjeuner n'était pas disponible. On nous a donc transférés vers un autre hôtel : le "Raj Mandir" afin de bénéficier de la prestation petit déjeuner. J'avais réservé le premier hôtel une chambre avec vue sur le fort, pour le deuxième hôtel nous avions une chambre avec vue sur une étroite ruelle... Il aurait été appréciable de nous...

「Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider enttäuscht, und dies gleich aus mehreren Gründen. Die Bilder im Internet lassen die Unterkunft deutlich attraktiver aussehen als in Wirklichkeit. Die Zimmer sind ganz nett, wenn auch sehr einfach. Leider wurde unser Zimmer weder gereinigt, noch Handtücher ausgetauscht oder Wasserflaschen nachgereicht. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr enttäuschend. Kaffeeautomat defekt, dünner Instandkaffee der nicht schmeckte, kaum Auswahl. Am ersten Morgen gab es gar kein Buffet...

「民宿主人態度極差！酗酒且晚上洗完澡只包著一條毛巾在大廳走來走去感覺極差，強烈建議女性旅客不要入住相當危險！隔天check out時我們想取消計程車預約，沒想到老闆對我們大吼且執意要我們付完車錢才能走，態度相當惡劣！後來由計程車司機口中得知他是當地有名的惡霸，不僅欺負當地印度人，有時候還會呼旅客巴掌！網上的評價都是還沒更新過的，我們是2013年10月去的，希望大家去玩的時候還是要平安快樂。」

「Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

「Wonderful, atmospheric & quirky hotel with comfortable rooms, kind & helpful staff & delicious vegetarian menu ( especially the garlic naan!). Traditional musicians played both nights we were there & loved to involve the guests. Great location just round the corner from the stepwell & near the clock tower & market. Nearby secure parking. Steep stairs so wouldn’t be great if you have vertigo!」
