「I received an upgrade to a residential space which was phenomenal - apartment living. The restaurant and spa were wonderful. However, the premises offered very little outdoor space, with a very small lap pool that was underwhelming. On a separate note, housekeeping tossed out food I stored in the refrigerator and removed all of the mini bar snacks and drinks prior to my departure. 「I did a lot of research on where to stay. This hotel did not disappoint. From the moment I booked the hotel reached out and offered arrangements from the airport. Everything from airport pickup to dinner reservations was seamless. The hotel was even more beautiful in person. I would stay here again 」
