"Outstanding stay. We upgraded to the Jr. Suite, for a reasonable fee, which I highly recommend if you want peace and quiet, since that building is far away from the nightly shows and dance club. Our room opened right up to the bluff above the beach, which was lovely. The food was excellent, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the location was outstanding. Our 6 year old absolutely loved the waterpark, and honestly, so did my wife and I. The property is close to El Valle, too, so we made a day trip up there which was spectacular. We’re gringos who speak okay Spanish, but even if you don’t, you’ll be able to get by fine at the resort. We were one of only a handful of foreigners staying at the hotel, which was a great experience, since who wants to travel abroad and be around a bunch of folks from the USA anyways? Not us. A big thanks to the hotel staff for making our stay so wonderful. 5 stars, all the way."

"The employees were friendly and effective. Also, the gym was well equipped. Given my satisfaction, I plan to return. One thing that will make the hotel more family friendly is to have an indoor play area and ball pit for the small children of guests."

"La pasamos muy bien en el resort y, en general, tuvimos una buena experiencia. El lugar es agradable, el personal fue atento y disfrutamos nuestra estadía. Sin embargo, considero que la relación calidad-precio podría ser mejor. En mi opinión, por alrededor de $150 por noche sería una muy buena opción, pero pagando cerca de $250 por noche, creo que existen otros resorts que ofrecen una experiencia y servicios superiores por ese precio."

"The hotel was nice, staff went above and beyond to make guests happy, clean rooms, nice beach, my only complaint is the food. Breakfast and lunch only buffet option and the food was the same everyday. Very blend, huge lines, and just not great. Dinner time we went to the specialty restaurants which had better quality food. Overall we enjoyed our stay but got super tired of the same meals."
