"Staff is so cool & cleaning is top notch. Always stay at Marriott run hotels and the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and the Sheraton are two of the most famous hotels the Marriott runs. We always stay at Royal Hawaiian but decided to spend a few nights at the Sheraton different experience, but still amazing. The pools and amenities in the Sheraton were five star in the rooms in ambience at Royal Hawaiians five star five star vacation if that’s what you’re after go to the Royal Hawaiian."

"Everything about the hotel is great. I downgraded to four stars only because after staying there for a number of years, I’ve noticed that it’s starting to look a bit tired. I hope they plan a refresh of the property sooner rather than later. Lighter room colors, no carpet, more outlets for chargers. However, I will continue to stay there due to the location, cleanliness, breakfast, and friendly staff."
