"Emplacement parfait et près des transports en commun. Personnel très gentil. On a eu un upgrade gratuitement. Grande chambre, belle piscine. Un séjour parfait. Je recommande et j’y retournerai."

"We always stay at the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway during our SF visits. The rooms are private and offer all the various comforts/conveniences we look for in a hotel: comfortable beds, wonderful pillows (wanted to take a pillow home!), refrigerator, TV, large Dove shampo/condition/body gel dispensers in bathroom, plenty of towels, on-site parking, etc, Good location: one of the cable car pickups is just around the corner; never any long lines to catch a cable car. Big Bus tour stops at the hotel as well. A number of good restaurants are in the area, including one in the hotel. Also, parking is not as pricey as hotel parking lots located along the wharf/Pier 39."

"The one drawback to our stay was the cleanliness of the room. I noted other people’s hair, eyelashes, and sand-like particles throughout the top of the fitted sheet. This instantly made me significantly concerned as to what I had potentially exposed my son and I to. Additionally, there was strands of long black hair in our bath tub that just added to my concern in regard to the cleanliness of our room and although the amenities were great and the staff was wonderful and the location was close enough to walk, these components of uncleanliness placed a real damper in my opinion of the hotel and unfortunately, I don’t know if I could in good faith ever book another stay at this hotel."

"The building is located in a very safe and convenient location near many of the places we visited in Burbank. Although there was an altercation that happened with a room next door, it didn't impact our stay."
