「The hotel left much to be desired. Here are some of the issues: 1. Front desk was not welcoming. The individual did not introduce himself, did not smile, did not seem caring or considerate. He was preoccupied with his phone. 2. Room security for the door was average. Knob lock, deadbolt, and metal key. Knob was not high quality. 3. Room had few amenities. The bedroom had little in the way of available plugs for chargers. Temperature control for air-conditioning lacked strong power. No soap....
