"Very beautiful, you can walk right up to the ocean from the pool area and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue was that the shoreline was a little uncomfortable to stand in due to the rocks/pebbles but was still nice regardless."

"I have stayed at Riu locations in London, Pto. Vallarta y Guadalajara before. This time, I was on the 9th floor in Guadalajara, and I was only provided with a single bottle of water and coffee for my entire stay (there should be at least one bottle of water and coffee a day). four days later, I upgraded to the 32nd floor, which included a complimentary minibar. On one occasion, I went to the ground floor cafe, which we have access to, and where every is free, I was drinking a soda, I had nearly finished it but wasn't allowed to take it with me. I had an appointment at the SRE office; I explained to the attendant that I didn't have anything else to drink, but she made me throw the soda away. I could have gone back to my room and get another one, but I didn't have the time, and the elevators weren't working properly"

"Amazing resort, with amazing service. Vacation was excellent. Nichols the gentlemen that takes everyone's bags to there rooms is an amazing employee. Julio and Fernando the bartenders at the swim up bar at the main pool made grea6t drinks and the service was amazing with them. The negative, we felt pressured to attend a Hyatt sales pitch to become a Hyatt rewards member. Once the presentation was over they were to pushy for us to buy this service. other then that it was a great trip."

"Great staff, good food, lovely beach. Only one issue which is really my preference, not a problem… VERY LOUD!! Music blasting at the pool all day, people talking into microphones for exercise classes and games. you can’t get away from the noise if you want to relax at the pool. If you like that kind of activity, then it’ll be great. I just wanted quiet and ended up wearing noise cancelling earplugs the entire week and could still FEEL the music because it is that loud."
