"The hotel staff were so kind and helpful. You can use their concierge services to help book the excursions including passes for the zoo and sea world. The hotel is very close to the entrance to the beach. This being said, with a partial ocean view on the first level-it is not that loud. The pool is heated so it wasn’t too cold on a 65 degree day. "

"Location to the beach from this property is excellent. The beach is so beautiful and walking distance from the hotel room is within reach very close. The room smell stuffy and windows were not open. I had to keep the door open for a while. The AC vent has no AC just fan. Hair Dryer was not working. No bodywash just shampoo. Average motel quality room. "

"Close to SeaWorld and Mission Beach. Room was quite small (not alot of room between the bed and the desk). Staff only provided two towels. I went to ask for more towels and I had to bring them the two used towels immediately. More rooms than parking stalls. People we parking in front of the lobby. Tight parking stalls."

"Great beach, coffee shop, restaurants everything is close. The pool small and not working and no hot tub. Location great and room with Oceanview very nice. If you want location an excellent spot if you want amenities like a pool go somewhere else. "
