Ocupamos una habitación junior con cama king size muy cómoda con edredón y cobertor porque las noches son frías, baño con agua caliente, armario para ropa, mesa de trabajo. Hotel céntrico quedando restaurantes y sitios de interés cerca. Estacionamiento propio (es una cerrada). Televisión con internet funcionando. Ideal para conocer el pueblo mágico de Real del Monte.

Buena atención del personal, céntrico, faltaría mejorar el servicio del baño en cuánto a espacio de regadera y cancel seguro, estantes para objetos de baño limpieza, porta papel higiénico. Es desagradable tener en canasta y en el piso la canasta. (Más higiénico estantes).

Muy muy conforme con mi estancia, la atención es muy buena están al pendiente desde tu llegada hasta que te vas El inmueble muy limpio y cómodo sin duda alguna, un lugar perfecto para pasar un buen fin de semana

Está muy bien ubicado en el mero centro de Real del Monte. Tanto la plaza como la zona de restaurantes están a unos pasos. Desde la habitación se escuchan las campanadas de la iglesia y eso me gustó mucho. La habitación está bien, de buen tamaño; es un poco fría, pero la colcha y las cobijas están muy calientitas, entonces pudimos dormir bien, sin frío. Las personas en recepción son muy amables y atentas. Nos sentimos bienvenidos, nos trataron muy bien.

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, la primera habitación tenía el techo inclinado a 1 metro de altura y no podías estar parado en esa parte; la segunda habitación era exageradamente pequeña y la cama king size estaba pegada a la pared por lo que tenías que gatear sobre la cama para acostarte y NO hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Lo positivo es la amabilidad de los muchachos de la recepción y la ubicación del hotel.

Me gustó la ubicación. El wifi no funcionó, la habitación huele a drenaje, en la mañana echaron a andar la bomba del agua y nos despertó, nos tocó una habitación del cuarto piso, están muy incomodas, el techo muy bajo, es como para niños, entra mucha luz por la ventana, las cortinas muy claras. No me volvería a hospedar en ese hotel

La habitación es demasiado pequeña. La cama está pegada a la pared y no se puede salir de ella por ese lado. Muy ruidoso. Estuvieron llegando huéspedes en la noche hablando y cantando. No nos dieron vista a la montaña. De hecho es planta baja. No era necesario reservar tienen disponibilidad y no dan preferencia por haberla hecho con anticipación. Los chicos de recepción son muy amables, pero eso es aparte de lo incómodo de la habitación. El estacionamiento queda en otra parte y hay que esperar a que vayan por uno y se lleven el auto.
