The property has the size of a good hotel, however it looks a little bit old and needs some update. Some maintenance is required, old sink and toilet in the bathroom. Friendly personal attendance and dinning area has a good size. Considering the price-benefit, I would say is a good deal considering breakfast included.

La habitación descuidada llena de hongos de humedad, sábanas manchadas percudidas, agua fría, mal servicio. Tenía pagado 4 noches no hacen reembolso preferí solo quedarme una noche por qué ya era tarde y retirarme al siguiente día. Toda vía les di la opción de que me cambiaran de cuarto y negaron el servicio prefirieron perder un cliente. Fue la peor experiencia en hoteles en este viaje a Pachuca.

Hotel viejo. Toda la habitación oliendo a humedad. El baño oliendo a drenaje. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Los.colchones muy duros. Las cortinas no abarcan toda la ventana por lo que en la mañana desde que sale el sol ilumina la habitación. Las sábanas sucias. Lo más rescatable fue la atención

En general bien pero, el hotel necesita remodelación, las camas no muy cómodas, no calefacción, el desayuno muy sencillo, nada especial, sin embargo, la atención del personal muy buena. Gracias!

La habitación no contaba con agua embotellada, se la pedimos a reepción y nos dieron 2 de medio litro. No había toallas, la recamarista nos dio las que necesitabamos sin preguntar. El servicio de desayuno fue muuuuy tardado, pero cuando nos atendieron, lo hicieron con amabilidad.

En general buen servicio.

En general, muy buen servicio, solo tuve unos detalles: en limpieza el baño tiene un poco de moho y no hubo suficientes toallas de baño además de que las toallas de mano estan un poco asperas. Con respecto al desayuno tardaron muchísimo en entregar los alimentos.

La reserva estaba hecha por una habitación con aire acondicionado, nos pretendían dar una sin esa amenidad. La persona encargada en la tarde-noche está poco involucrada en los procesos internos del hotel ya que no podía resolver. Nos advirtió que, aunque tuvieramos necesidad de utilizar el baño si lo hacíamos se nos iba a cobrar la noche, siendo que el error de asignación no era imputable a nosotros. El mobiliario y las amenidades son antiguas y algo descuidadas.

Hotel sucio, camas duras, sin teléfono, sin secadora de pelo, no hay suficiente iluminación en las habitaciones, el desayuno es pésimo y aparte tardan demasiado. No recomiendo el hotel. Estoy arrepentido de haber reservado por este medio

Ubicación e Instalaciones buenas. En la página ofertan desayuno buffet incluido y no lo tuvieron. Faltan controles de limpieza de las habitaciones, nos entregaron una habitación que no tenía ni las camas tendidas y posterior nos asignaron otra. en otra habitación no tenía rollo de papel el baño. Llegó un grupo a eso de las 11 de la noche con mucho ruido y escandalo y no les pidieron que guardaran silencio en tanto les asignaban su habitación, hasta que bajé a comentar con ellos que por favor bajaran el volumen por respeto al resto de los huespedes. Nos explicaron que les hacia falta personal, pero bueno cuando uno llega espera lo que le ofertaron.
