「Bedding smelled like perfume and needs to be replaced. Loud music from 6 am to 8 am and strsnge noises. Little communication from jotel.」

However, Communication with the company is difficult, because you can only send email, they give you no phone number or any WhatsApp, so if something is wrong then you are on your own.」

「The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded.
