My only complaint was we had to call housekeeping daily to get our room cleaned, garbages emptied and towels replenished.

I enjoyed my afternoon at the pool. Very family friendly. Great service. Part of the pool was like a real beach complete with a sandy shore and sand bottomed pool. Cool.

It was a longish w ait to check in. Also, the QR code the receptionist gave us was out of date for the outlets in the free beverage scheme. The bedside light didn’t work and one of the bulbs in the bathroom needed changing as it kept flickering. Apart from that everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel was fantastic—right in the middle of everything and offered very reasonable rates. We stayed on the 38th floor with a beautiful mountain view, and could even catch a glimpse of the Sphere, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we really loved the room. One suggestion for improvement would be to add coffee machines in the rooms—this would make the experience even better. The only downside was the check-in process. There was only one self check-in kiosk working, and after waiting in line for about an hour around 9 PM, I was told that our room was not ready. Thankfully, my wife had been waiting in the regular check-in line (which was also quite long), and by around 9:30 PM we were able to get our room. On a positive note, the valet staff were very accommodating and allowed me to park the car temporarily while we handled check-in, which was much appreciated. Overall, the staff were great and made the stay enjoyable.
