「Nice room albeit small. Asked for a room with a bathtub when I checked in. Told the room could not be changed due to me “booking with a third party”. Ended up with the room preselected for me. Also informed me that it would’ve been priced better if I had booked directly. Plus, I could’ve had a bathtub. Never had this experience- have been moved/upgraded on more than one occasion. 」

「Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and they had a hot breakfast. It’s an older hotel but an effort has been made to keep it up, and you can tell. No trash outside , and even our “pet” friendly room was clean and didn’t smell like a pet had been there before. I asked for a muffin after breakfast ended for my wife and daughter and she went back and gave it to me. 11 out of 10!」
