This motel is located away from busy interstate, and the rooms are super clean. Their breakfast items are good enough to hold you up until your next stop. I will definitely stay here again.

Great price

Excellent place to stay on a low budget. Very friendly staff. Rooms were in excellent condition. Beds are a little on the hard side, but what hotel isn't. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly to pets

We chose Hillcrest Inn & Suites because of the pet policy. We travel with two small to mid-sized dogs. The tile floors and the lack of a carpet to hold smells and debris from former travelers are much appreciated. The rooms are exceptionally clean.

We stayed only one night on our way back home. The hotel isn't fancy but the staff was very friendly and the room clean and spacious. We slept very good. The only thing that really wasn't anything of great/good was the breakfast. We were early but the selection of food was minimal. For a overnight stay it was okay. A bit expensive for the service but all hotels are nowadays.

This is the Hillcrest hotel. I paid online thru Expedia only to find that the motel was not there and they didn't have my reservation. Fortunately the staff was very helpful and got it worked out. A good hotel but lousy Expedia experience.

Overnight stay

The hotel is well located for an overnight stay. We appreciated the pet friendly policy and the room was comfortable. We had room to walk the dogs as well. We didn't see the staff much but they were friendly when we checked in. The breakfast wasn't great but good enough for an overnight stay hotel.

A very good overnight stay.

My wife and I stopped in Ozona while traveling on I-10. This refurbished inn is in very good condition and the staff, from the couple that manages it to the houskeeping woman, are friendly, fast, and really do care that you have a good experience. They respond happily to questions and requests. They say that 80% of their customers are repeats and I believe them. The price was reasonable.

Make a reservation before you get there. NO ROOMS

1st if you are looking for the 4 Seasons you won't find it here. You are probably traveling from El Paso to ATX, SA, Dallas etc. You need a place to stay that is clean, safe and OK. With all the Oil Men in Ozona, Ft. Stockton, Sonora etc. you have to make a reservation other wise you won't find anything. Also if you travel with dogs most hotels in these small towns won't take dogs. This hotel does. I stayed in this town about 6 months ago with out a reservation at The Travel Lodge. It was awful we slept in our clothes. This hotel was much much better. This hotel was too expensive, but everybody needing a room I get it, and I am happy to give my money to the small towns. The girl that greeted us was so nice and kind and helpful that it helped. I travel with a 7 year old and two dogs. They welcome dogs and that was nice, they have a small breakfast buffet and that was OK.

Good cheap place

The motel was in a more deserted area of Ozona, but you could tell it was newly renovated. Everything looked clean and new and they allowed dogs. You couldn't beat the price either. Looks like a place that many truckers stop in for the night so it was very quiet.

Walls are too thin, could listen to the neighbor's TV at night. I felt room rate was $25 more than it should be.
