" I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and safety concerns from my stay in room 235, which was completely uninhabitable. The bed cover had disturbing red stains, there was no light in the bedroom, the bathroom was disgustingly filthy, the company chair was so dirty I feared bugs jumping out, and the couch was beyond salvageable you could visually see it needed replacement. I wouldn't even let my dog lay on it; it was that bad. As someone with health issues, I need safe, clean accommodations, and this room put me at serious risk. I had to spend an extra $400 on another hotel and cut my vacation a day short due to the rate change. "

"The hot tub and pool are clean, perfect temp, and very fun. Towels are soft and clean, the rooms are well-decorated and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. "

"The room was clean, the amenities were very good, and the space was very comfortable in size. The pool and fireplace were warm, the hot tub was definitely hot, and the bed was good. Some areas of the room, buildings and grounds are showing their age, but the stay was great! The only recommendations I could critique about is the pool/hot tub/sauna area floor has little pebbles as the surface and they are starting to pop out making walking on gravel bare-footed painful when you catch a loose stone. May want to bring sandals for navigating this area. If you are staying multiple days, ask for extra towels and garbage bags, because the suites are not restocked/cleaned daily. Just between guest stays. The pillows are thin, so you may need to stack a few up to be comfortable. "
