Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. "this was 2nd time staying here.. this 2nd experience was not as good as 1st time.. internet did not work, room staff did not follow cleanliness protocols, front desk staff had billing error over trifles like water..front desk needs to be more courteous to guests.. "

"We arrived in Nashik and entered the hotel in Google Maps and it said it was 1 hour 55 mins away/85 kilometres away! It is not in Nashik (it's up towards Surat) and is not 10km from the Sula vineyards. Very misleading and frustrating. "
