Absolutely loved our stay here. We will definitely be returning to this property. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Packages also gets delivered directly to your room, which I’ve not had happen at any hotel before so that was great as well.

The bed was comfortable, room was quiet and clean. Disliked having mini snack bar in room,Food options are all overpriced, convince store has no prices on items! Disliked no refrigerator or microwave, had to rely on a cooler, Using the ice machine on floor 20 a baby roach ran across the ice dispenser nozzle. Parking is not free had issues trying to leave parking garage during stay, gate would not recognize room key, thankfully we were able to back out and try another, the garage is not staffed so if you get trapped It may take some time to resolve. Great location, Unfortunately the sidewalk directly in front of hotel had at least dozen homeless people camped out and some completely passed out or possibly dead laying across the sidewalk, no one seemed bothered by it. Walking onto the strip this situation is unavoidable.
